we all started a big mind map that i cant find the photo of to save my life! grr but anyway we got a good few ideas down but we wanted to focus more on what MTV was all about and what would suit it the most so we picked a few main areas like Sport and Music probably the two things you would associate with it and from here we went with that really.
now that we had the overall area that we were going to focus on we picked what sport and after a many discussions we picked skateboarding because one of the members knew of a good skater who would be willing to give us some of his footage to test before we shot out own. from here we slit the group up into what they had most experience in so that they could be the most productive i got 3D along with another but we had separate areas to work in at the time Steven had been doing a lot of modelling of normal objects so he got the task of modelling some of his own work where as i was concentrating more on the complicated dynamic body effects you could do with objets and other things of that nature. the other two members are very strong hand drawers so they had that to work on.
